It is in your mundane routine to keep your surroundings clutter-free. You have chosen to do the task to dust your home, to live a breathable, calm, and richer life.
Ever wish you could wave a magic wand to do the same with your thoughts? A CLUTTER-FREE MIND?
Just imagine, a life with no worries, no fears, and no doubts. Exciting isn’t it?
But just as how you think about it can be daunting. Where would I start? How would I do that? Is that possible?
The answer is yes, and no. No, you can’t live a life without worries, fears, and doubts. But YES! You can do something to shift those negative thoughts into positive ones.
Thinking “rational” as I call this.
Thinking rational will give you the idea on how to one by one eliminate those negative thoughts. Expectations vs. Reality.
What are your expectations? If you want to lose 20lbs and want to lose it within one week, then you have a problem. Not of the weight loss, but the process of wanting a rapid result which is not realistic. You should know and understand that everything has a process, and a slowly-but-surely way to do things is still the best.
Oftentimes, we are not patient enough to go through the process of building our plan. As much as we want to succeed, there is also the need to see the end results too quickly. Our dreams and plans should be aligned so that we will be able to keep the consistency of building it.
Many of us, when having to start something already doubted themselves before they even to begin doing it. You start off with a huge plan, then later think if you can really do it. Then more negative thoughts come your way, what if it doesn’t work the way you planned it, or worse it will not work at all.
Keep in mind that you can overcome everything only if you believe in yourself.
You delay your plan because of these negative thoughts. Chances are the reality of executing your plan becomes smaller until it is just only a plan. The plan becomes unimportant that you focus more on the negative thoughts, and your worth.
Do not take things personal and never question yourself of what you can’t do. Of course, you can do everything! You can be successful in whatever your chosen field.
The most important thing is to have the heart to take the challenges ahead. Prepare your mind to have a systematic approach on executing your plan. Give yourself time to breathe in every task, it is always necessary to come back to work with a fresh mind.
Do not forget to do what you love, your other interests. In doing so, will keep your mind and emotion stable and allows you to have new perspectives on your project. Love and enjoy every step of building your plan.
